About the seminar
The Post Graduate and Research Department of Sanskrit, Sree Neelakanta Government Sanskrit College, Pattambi, in association with IQAC, organized the inaugural programme of the Weekly Seminar Series 2026–2027, “Sārasvatasaraṇi”, on 28 September 2026 at the Seminar Hall, Science Block.
Inaugural Sessions
The programme was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) John P. R., Principal, SNGS College, Pattambi. The first talk, titled “Think, Question and Explore: The Art and Structure of Research,” was delivered by Dr. Resmi M. S., Associate Professor of Botany, while the second talk, “മാപ്പിള രാമായണത്തിലെ പൊരുത്തവും പൊരുത്തക്കേടുകളും,” was delivered by Sri. Alikutty C., Associate Professor of Malayalam. The programme was presided over by Dr. Rajalakshmy M., Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Sanskrit, and included the participation of faculty members, research scholars and students.
The seminar series aims to provide an academic platform for diverse streams of thought, encourage critical and analytical thinking, and promote fruitful academic enquiry and research.
