All the students joining for the under graduate programmes (FYUGP) should undergo internship between the first and fifth semesters. Internship helps students to gain practical skills, professional exposure and work experience related to their field of study.
An internship cell has been constituted in the college in the academic year 2025-26 with the Principal as chairman and superintendent, faculty representatives from all the departments, IQAC coordinator, PTA secretary as members (16 members). The duty of the Internship Cell is to supervise all the FYUGP internship related activities.
2025-26 Cell Report
Two meetings of the Internship Cell were conducted in the academic year 2025-26. The internship cell was actively involved in all the internship related activities in our college, timely given the required instructions for smooth completion of internship of our students. In the academic year 2025-26 six departments of our college (Malayalam, Arabic, Commerce, Botany, Chemistry and Physics) offered internship (as per the University guidelines) to the students of our college as well as from other colleges. The internships offered were successful with the participation of students from other colleges.
